ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Location: Singapore

Position Type: 2 Positions (Full Time and 6 Months Contract position)

Salary Range: SGD2,000 - SGD2,500

Responsibilities

  • - Generate invoices, debit, and credit note.
  • - Handles Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR)
  • - Daily settlement of credit card/ NETS machine
  • - Assist with filing of documentation.
  • - Preparation of Daily and Monthly reports
  • - Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when requires.

Requirements

  • - Min. Diploma and above in relevant field
  • - 1 year of bookkeeping experience and/or experience in AR/AP
  • - Candidates with relevant work experience and/or accounting knowledge will have added advantage.
  • - Proficient in MS Office application would be advantage.
